Green is the colour of nature, of birth and renewal. It belongs to the awakening of spring: birdsong, transformation, and growth, so vividly captured in the Green Man, that enigmatic figure of ancient folklore, still found watching from the churches of East Anglia.
The turning of winter into spring is a passage from darkness into light, from death into life, from sleep into waking. Winter’s muted brown gives way to a rich profusion of green shoots, branches, and tendrils, each reaching and competing for the light.
Living among the woods, green becomes the colour of the world outside, where every window frames the light through a canopy of leaves. It is both backdrop and companion to the brightest blooms, and so lends itself naturally to a sumptuous and abundant table.

I collaborate with clients to create a unique range of tableware. The process begins with an initial discussion, followed by samples. Once a decision has been made, a deposit is required to confirm the order. Lead times are typically 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the size of the order.
fermentation crock
Made in two sizes to hold 1-2ltr & 3-4ltr. COMES WITH GLAZED WEIGHTS.
pack the ferment inside the crock, squashing down to release air bubbles. place weights on top TO KEEP FERMENT UNDER LIQUID. add waTER TO THE RIM AND SEAL WITH THE LID. THIS ALLOWS THE GASES TO ESCAPE AND PREVENTS OXYGEN ENTERING THE CROCK.
